2XO The Vinyl Blend

The Vinyl Blend is the sixth small batch blend release in the Icon Series from 2XO, TWO TIMES OAK. Each release is unique, created by blending select stocks of the finest barrels, and crafted using the double-barreling process. The Vinyl Blend is an ode to Master Blender, Dixon Dedman’s, love for music played on a classic vinyl while enjoying a glass of 2XO neat.

2XO The Sneakerhead Blend

The Sneakerhead Blend is the fifth small batch blend release in the Icon Series from 2XO, TWO TIMES OAK. Each release is unique, created by blending select stocks of the finest barrels, and crafted using the double-barreling process. The Sneakerhead Blend comes from Dixon’s love and passion for sneaker culture, as well as collectibles that represent one’s unique sense of style.

The Kiawah Blend

The Kiawah Blend is the fourth release in the ICON SERIES, a series of limited time, small batch blends. Each blend is different and bears its own name and symbol, inspired by something in Dixon’s life. The Kiawah Blend is a nod to Dixon’s happy place where he goes with family and friends to relax, unwind, and recharge. The Kiawah Blend’s mouthfeel is viscous and rich, moving from initial sweetness on the front of the palate, to more savory notes on the mid-palate, and finishing with a lingering peppery spice.

The Tribute Blend

The Tribute Blend is a nod to Dixon’s parents and the path they paved for him. The Tribute Blend’s mouthfeel is viscous and rich, moving from initial sweetness on the front, to savory notes on the mid palate, finishing with a muted but lingering spice that hangs around longer than expected. 

The Innkeeper’s Blend

The Innkeeper’s Blend pays homage to the Dedman family’s century-plus history in the hospitality industry, as previous owners of the famed Beaumont Inn on Kentucky’s Bourbon Trail. On the nose, The Innkeeper’s Blend gives off hints of butterscotch, red apple, cherry, cinnamon, and subtle earthy notes. On the palate, there are notes of caramel, vanilla, crème brulee, plum, cherry, and light black pepper spice.

The Phoenix Blend

The Phoenix Blend is the first release in a series of limited time small batch offerings. The Phoenix Blend mouthfeel is viscous with notes of caramel and vanilla on the front, moving to bright ripe red fruit in the middle, and finishing with a mild peppery spice. 

Gem of Kentucky^TM

The Gem of Kentucky is the premiere offering from 2XO. The only double barreled single barrel Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey on the market. It is a full-bodied, full-flavored expression that leans on Dixon Dedman’s unique double-barreling process for a richer and more viscous mouthfeel. Each double barreled single barrel is unique. Some barrels are sweeter with notes of chocolate, cinnamon, and toasted marshmallow that flow into baking spices. Other barrels are more savory with notes of dark red fruits, nutmeg, and black pepper spice.

American Oak

American Oak is the first blend in the Oak Series, an innovative double oak technique where Dixon introduces additional charred oak to barrels with a moderate amount of rye in the mashbill. American Oak moves from sweet, rich butterscotch on the front, to savory roasted nutty notes in the middle, finishing with a lingering mild spice. It is very approachable and perfect for cocktails. 

French Oak is the second blend in the Oak Series, Dixon uses an innovative double oak technique where he inserts chains of charred French oak into barrels with a moderate amount of rye in the mash bill. French Oak moves from sweet rich caramel on the front, to savory notes of coffee and cinnamon in the middle, finishing with a mild peppery spice. 

2XO White Oak Rye

White Oak Rye is the third release in the ongoing Oak Series from 2XO, meaning Two Times Oak. Master Blender, Dixon Dedman, uses a n innovative double oak technique where he introduces additional charred American White oak to straight rye whiskey barrels with a 95% rye mash bill. Notes of pine, mint, cedar and peppery spice, balanced with sweeter barrel notes from the additional charred white oak introduced towards the end of maturation.
