This red wine has an intense violet color with black hues. On the nose it presents the aromas of fresh berries coming from the Malbec. The Pinot Noir gives cherry notes while the Bonarda intensifies the complexity with blackberries and red currant. This wine is aged using customized barrels smoked with a unique process that gives them similar aromas found in a traditional Argentinean barbecue (asado). This complex and balanced wine of a deep violet color is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Casavecchia. The Cabernet Franc variety contributes very spicy and floral notes, whereas the Malbec gives the wine aromas of red fruit. In the mouth, it has a long and highly persistent finish due to its tannins. A very elegant and well-structured blend.

Alluvia Parcel Malbec
Alluvia Parcel Malbec has a deep black-violet color and intensely young and pure aromas of black-acid berries like blackberry, blueberry and boysenberry combined with floral and spicy notes, together with marked mineral graphite notes. These aromas are too young during the first two years since the wine has been bottled. In the mouth, it has a great structure and power, with a sweet start and a straight up mid palate. The perfect balance and great acidity enhances the strong and firm tannins clean up and refreshes the palate till the end with a very mineral and persistent finish.
