S.A. Prüm
S.A. Prüm is an iconic winery and one of the most recognizable names in German wines, with vineyard ownership in the best appellations of the Mosel River. Established in 1911, with the Prüm family history of wine making dating back to the 12th century, the grapes are hand harvested from the steep hillside slopes. S.A. Prüm was one of the original founding members of the “VDP” association, which continues to set the standard for the highest quality German wines.

This wine’s mineral character and elegant, dry style are accented by notes of Granny Smith apples, white peach, and pineapple producing a full mouth feel and a salty mineral finish. Pair with Chicken, Veal, Lamb, Duck or Turkey, Pork, Venison and or various meat stews! Can also be a replacement for Chardonnay lovers pairing with seafood.

Rich, full-bodied and refined, with flavors of ripe cantaloupe, candied apricot, and honey with nuances of slate minerality on the long finish underlined by firm acidity. Due to its minerality this wine pairs best with Blue Cheese and other rich dishes such as crème brulee, cheesecake and especially with fois gras. A great accompaniment with spicy and hot cuisine also.

Graach Himmelreich Eiswein
This wine has gorgeous aromas of peach, pineapple and mango with citrus and lime overtones, dried apricot and high acidity that lingers on the palate, with mouthwatering butter and sweet apple finish. Can age for multiple decades. Pair with rich desserts such as crème brulee and cheesecake. Dried tropical fruit, salty and pungent soft cheeses, and spicy foods also go extremely well.

Wehlen Sonnenuhr Beerenauslese
Golden in color and offers complex, concentrated flavors of sweet nectarine, apricot and candied peach. An exceptional, rare viscous wine with wild honey and dried fruit lead to a lengthy finish. Can age for 80+ years. Called a sticky wine due to its sweetness level, this wine should be matched with top sweet desserts with high levels of sugar such as poached pears, crème brulee, Baklava, rich cheesecake or can stand on its own as the Dessert.

Wehlen Sonnenuhr Riesling Trockenbeerenauslese
Amber in color with an exploding intensity of glazed apricot, butterscotch, saffron and honey. The caramelized body has unctuous viscosity with lemon-lime acidity that lingers on the finish. Can age for 100 years! On its own this wine is the dessert but can be paired with very rich desserts.
