Limited Release. Finished for at least 9 months in Pedro Ximinez Spanish casks this single malt exudes delicious sherry influence. Wood forward opening, with an incredibly viscous yet crisp palate. The dried fruits and brown sugar from the nose are joined on the palate by walnut, zesty citrus a hint of leather and dark chocolate.

Marriage of our signature Irish Malt and Single Grain whiskey blended and aged in our award winning Boyne Brewhouse Imperial Stout beer barrels which bestow deeper notes of roasted coffee and creamy cocoa. The creaminess from the cocoa follows through, pairing beautifully with the subtle coffee tones. This is rounded out by hints of caramel.

Triple distilled for extra smoothness, these whiskeys are aged in ex-bourbon barrels before being married and finished in some of Normandy’s finest Calvados Casks (LTO). Fresh zesty apple and luscious creamy toffee undertones on the nose. Full of Sweet peach flavor on the fore with pear and a bright fresh citrus zest. Malt undertone with creamy smooth vanilla underneath.
